How It Works

Once that signal is received a trained attendant will response immediately to address the situation on hand. The subscriber and attendant can communicate through the base unit. If medical attention is required, the attendant will notify the local emergency services of the situation and be able to provide important medical history and information to 911, all while staying on the line with the subscriber. In the event that the subscriber is not able to respond to the attendant, they will contact 911 immediately to send help.
